PRAYER:

Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining the impugned order passed by the 1st respondent in Ref.No.Ka.En.Vu . Che.Po/Ka Pa Vu Ko.4/Ma.Pa/2013 dated 01.10.2013 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to grant / permission for the contract for looking after vehicle parking in the 2nd respondent hospital for the year 2013 to 2016. ORDER

The petitioner has come forward with this writ petition for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining the impugned order passed by the 1st respondent in Ref.No.Ka.En.Vu .Che.Po/Ka Pa Vu Ko.4/Ma.Pa/2013 dated 01.10.2013 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to grant permission for the contract for looking after vehicle parking in the 2nd respondent hospital, for the year 2013 to 2016.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner fairly submitted that the prayer sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. In light of the above submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs.
