This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.13333 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.14342 of 2022 dated 01.09.2022, passed by this Court to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30am and 5.30pm for a period of six weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent would also submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions.

4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.13333 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.14342 of 2022 dated 01.09.2022is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m until further orders.
