Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the second respondent in his proceeding Na.Ka.No.1381/2013-1/B dated 22.5.2013 and quash the same in so far as petitioner is concerned and consequently direct the respondents herein to retain the petitioner in Thammampatti Town Panchayat as Junior Assistant.
