ORDER

When this matter was listed for hearing on 12.10.2023, there was no representation on either side. Hence, the matter was directed to be posted under the caption "for dismissal". On 17.11.2023, when the matter was listed under the caption " for dismissal", none appeared on behalf of the petitioners and also the respondents and hence the matter was again directed to be posted on 21.11.2023 under the caption " for dismissal" in order to afford one more opportunity. Even today, none appeared on behalf of the petitioners and the matter was called at 12.30 p.m. It is thus clear that the petitioners is not interested in prosecuting the case. Hence, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for non prosecution. Consequently connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
