PRAYER in C.R.P.(NPD).No.2536 of 2021:: Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, praying to strike down the R.E.P.No.218 of 2014 in L.A.O.P.No.22 of 1992 pending on the file of the I Additional Subordinate Judge, Salem as against the petitioner and allow the Civil Revision Petition.

For Petitioner : Mr.R.Balaramesh in all the CRPs.

******* C O M M O N O R D E R The grievance of the petitioner is that the entire amounts due under the award have been paid. But, still the executing Court is proceeding with the execution on a wrong assumption that some more amounts were due.

2. This is a factual question, which cannot be decided by me, sitting in a Revision under Article 227 of the Constitution of India. It is very much open to the petitioner to approach the executing Court and file a calculation showing that the entire amounts has been paid and I am sure that the executing Court will apply its mind as well as law on the points and decide accordingly.

3. I do no see any necessity to entertain these Civil Revision Petitions 2/4

and they are dismissed. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
