It is brought to the notice of this court by the learned counsel for the Respondents that the appeal filed by the Petitioner dated 1.7.2016 has been disposed of, by order dated 28.6.2016. petition, with a liberty to challenge the said order and also made an endorsement to that effect. In view of the same, recording the endorsement, this Writ Petition is dismissed, as withdrawn with a liberty to challenge the order dated 28.6.2016 passed in the appeal of the Petitioner dated 1.7.2016.
