This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in CRL.O.P.No. 10840 of 2023 dated 10.05.2023 that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30.a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30.a.m., until further orders.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police once in a week ie., on every Saturday at 10.30.a.m., until further orders.
