This petition has been filed to amend the offence as under Sections 279, 337, 294(b), 332, 506 (ii) IPC instead of Sections 279, 337, 294(b), 353, 332 and 506(i) IPC in Crl.O.P.No.15707 of 2023 dated 19.07.2023.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and time is extended for a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order to comply with the conditions imposed in the order dated 19.07.2023, passed in Crl.O.P.No.15707 of 2023. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in the order copy in Crl.O.P.No.15707 of 2023, dated 19.07.2023 and issue a fresh order copy.
