These Writ Petitions are being disposed at the time of admission as the prayer in these writ petitions are only for a direction to the first respondent to dispose of the respective appeals of the respective petitioners that are pending before the first respondent vide Customs Appeal/COM/Cus/P-142/2023 dated 25.01.2023 and appeal in C.A/I/93/0/2022 dated 25.02.2022.
4. The first respondent is directed to dispose of the petitioners appeal as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
