ORDER

The petitioner is the wife and the respondent is her husband. There are two female children from the marriage between the petitioner and the respondent. The petitioner has no male assistance as her father had passed Page No 1 of 3

away. The husband has initiated a proceeding in H.M.O.P.No.111 of 2022 on the file of the learned Principal Subordinate Judge at Kallakuruchi. The petitioner pleads that it is difficult for her to travel from Gengavalli, Salem District to Kallakuruchi for every hearing.

2. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner is a lady and is the mother of two female children of tender age, I am inclined to allow this transfer petition. Hence, the proceeding in H.M.O.P.No.111 of 2022 is withdrawn from the file of the Principal Sub Court at Kallakuruchi and it shall stand transferred to the file of the Sub Court at Attur, Salem District.

3. Accordingly, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition stands allowed. No costs. Consequently, connected Civil Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
