O R D E R

The Transfer Petition is filed to withdraw HMOP.No.1724 of 2023 pending on the file of the Principal Family Court, Chennai and transfer the same to the Sub Court, Thiruttani, Thiruvallur District.

2. The petitioner married the respondent on 26.11.2012. Thereafter due to difference of opinion, the respondent filed HMOP.NO.1724 of 2023, on the file of the Principal Family Court, Chennai seeking divorce.

3. The petitioner would submit that she is presently living at Elupur Village, Thiruvallur District and she has to travel 160 Kms., to attend the hearing at the Family Court, Chennai. The petitioner would submit that it is very difficult for her both physically as well as financially to come to Chennai for attending the hearing. Therefore, the transfer petition is filed.

4. Heard the learned counsels on the either side and perused the records.

5. Considering the above facts and circumstances, the transfer petition is allowed as prayed for. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
