ORDER

This writ petition is filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the fourth respondent to cancel the patta in Patta No.2994 in respect of the properties comprised in S.No.582/A1A, 583/4A and 583/5B1 situated at Onnalvadi Village and O.Karapalli Village, Hosur Taluk, Krishnagiri Disgtrict by considering the petitioner's representation dated 11.08.2021.

2. Considering the limited relief sought for in the petition, without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the third respondent is directed to conduct enquiry on the representation of the petitioner dated 11.08.2021, after issuance of notice to the petitioner and the respondents 5 and 6 and the counter parties, if any and after giving opportunity of hearing to them, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
