This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.8581 of in Crl.O.P.No.8425 of 2022 on 04.07.2022 to appear before the Investigating Officer on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the Investigating Officer on the first Monday of every Month at 10.30 a.m, until further orders.
