ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the Respondents 1 and 2 to take action on the basis of the complaint of the Petitioner dated 14.6.2013 followed by his representation dated 1.8.2016 in accordance with law.

2. This court heard the learned counsel on either side and also perused the materials placed on record.

3. Though the prayer in this Writ Petition is for a larger relief, the learned counsel for the petitioner has confined his argument to the limited extent of directing the respondents 1 and 2 to consider and dispose of the representation of the Petitioner dated 1.8.2016, expeditiously. Considering the limited prayer now sought for by the learned counsel for the petitioner, without going into the merits of the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

case, the respondents 1 and 2 are directed to consider and dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 1,8.2016, after issuing notice to the 3rd Respondent, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four months weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
