The Writ Petition is filed for the following relief: "Forbearing the 4th and 5th respondents from entertaining the application of the 7th respondent to issue patta for the property comprised in Survey No.111/4 and 114/ 5 of Segal Village, Thiruthuraipoondi Taluk, Thiruvarur District".

2. The petitioner has already filed a suit in O.S.No.42 of 2019 on the file of the District Munsif, Thiruthuraipoondi, for declaring the Judgement passed in O.S.No.3 of 2016 as null and void.

3. It is now brought to the notice of this Court that pursuant to the orders in O.S.No.3 of 2016, execution proceedings have also been initiated and possession has been taken and is now in the hands of the plaintiff in O.S.No.3 of 2016, who is the 6th respondent in the Writ 3/6

Petition.
