This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.13352 of 2023 dated 28.06.2023, passed by this Court to report before the Vilakuthoon Police Station, daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learend Government Advocate (crl.side) submitted that the final report has been filed in P.R.C.No.17 of 2023 before the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Ranipet.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.13352 of 2023 dated 28.06.2023 is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Ranipet, on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
