This Petition has been filed to relax the bail condition that the Petitioner should report before the respondnet Police daily at 6.30 p.m., until further orders, imposed by this Court in Crl.OP.No.12603 of 2023 dated 12.06.2023.

2.Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the Petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.OP.No.12603 of 2023 dated 12.06.2023 is modified to the effect that the Petitioner shall report before the Respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 am, until further orders.

4.With the above direction, this Petition is ordered.
