ORDER

This writ petition has been filed challenging the notice dated 29.06.2021, thereby calling upon the petitioner to appear https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

for enquiry on 30.07.2021 at about 11 a.m.

2. Even according to the petitioner, the petitioner appeared on 30.07.2021 before the second respondent. Therefore, whatever the objections, the petitioner can very well make before the second respondent on the enquiry. Since the enquiry date itself expired and the impugned notice also got expired, the Writ Petition has become infructuous.

3. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to raise all the objections raised in the Writ Petition before the second respondent in the manner known to law. On receipt of the same, the second respondent is directed to consider the same and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law. No costs.
