This Application has been filed by the applicant to permit the petitioner/ applicant to bring on record the 6th respondent herein as the 7th respondent/ legal representative of the deceased 1st respondent in O.P.No.1074 of 2018.

2.The respondents 1 to 4 do not have any serious objection to the application being ordered.
