ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- (The case has been heard through video conference) The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 15.09.2021 for the offences under Sections 392 of IPC @ into Section 341 and 395 IPC, in Crime No.456 of 2021, seeks bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the defacto complainant is an employee of a petrol bunk. On 11.09.2021, the defaco complainant after obtaining the collection amount of Rs.4,82,000/- from the Sithalathur Petrol Bunk, was proceeding on the Velore to Tiruchengodu Road and when he was nearing Mankaradu, 3 persons who came in a two wheeler, intercepted the defacto complainant and snatched the collection amount from the defacto complainant and escaped from the place. Hence, the complaint.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and he has been falsely implicated in this case based on the confession of A1 and that the petitioner has been suffering incarceration for more than 55 days from 15.09.2021. Hence, he prays for grant of bail to the petitioner.

4.The learned Government Advocate raised strong objection stating that there are totally 10 accused in this case and the petitioner is arrayed as A2 and a sum of Rs.9,500/- has been recovered from the petitioner.

5. On seeing the modes operandi, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
