..Respondent Prayer: The Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records of the respondent relating to the order dated 25.06.2013 vide Ref.No.STM/SAN/AAI/1009 including its resolution No.12 dated 25.03.2013 and quash the same and further direct the respondent to continue the conservancy agreement till 30.09.2014 as per the conservancy agreement dated 01.10.2012.

The petitioner has come forward with this petition to call for the records of the respondent relating to the order dated 25.06.2013 vide Ref.No.STM/SAN/AAI/1009 including its resolution No.12 dated 25.03.2013 and quash the same and further direct the respondent to continue the conservancy agreement till 30.09.2014 as per the conservancy agreement dated 01.10.2012. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. It is represented by both the parties that the agreement entered into between the parties with regard to the conservancy services expired on September 2014. In view of the same, nothing survives in the writ petition.
