ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the learned Session Judge (Mahila Court), Tiruvallur to accept the surrender of petitioner and consider their petition to Recall the Non Bailable Warrant on the same day of their surrender.

2. The petitioner is arrayed as accused No.4 in Spl.S.C.No.11 of 2019, on the file of the learned Session Judge (Mahila Court), Tiruvallur, for the offences punishable under Sections 109, 363, 366(A), 365, 376(i) of IPC and Section 6 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act.

3. The petitioner was absent during the trial in Spl.S.C.No.11 of 2019, on the file of the learned Session Judge (Mahila Court), Tiruvallur. Therefore non bailable warrant came to be issued on 08.05.2019.

4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

undertakes that the petitioner shall appear before the Court below regularly on all future hearing dates without fail.

5. Considering the undertaking given by the petitioner, the petitioner is directed to appear before the learned Session Judge (Mahila Court), Tiruvallur, within a period of two weeks from today and to file a petition to recall the NBW issued against him. The learned Session Judge (Mahila Court), Tiruvallur is directed to consider the same on merits and pass orders on the same day. The concerned Magistrate is directed to complete the proceedings in Spl.S.C.No.11 of 2019 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

6. Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
