Earlier, when the matter was listed for admission on 10.11.2021, this Court was not inclined to admit the writ petition. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioner/University has filed a memo and sought sufficient time for submission of documents as per the order passed by the Industrial Tribunal in I.A.No.126 of 2021 in O.P.No.09 of 2019 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
dated 05.08.2021, which is the subject matter of the present writ petition. However, the learned counsel would submit that he is not pressing the present writ petition.
2.Therefore, the Writ Petition stands dismissed as not being pressed. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
