The petitioners, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence punishable under Sections 174 of Cr.P.C and Section 306 of I.P.C in Crime No.403 of 2023 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that on 24.07.2023 one Thangamani, mother-in-law of first petitioner lodged a complaint that the deceased Saranya who is the wife of first petitioner had alleged to have committed suicide due to the abatement of the petitioners. Hence the case. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioners are innocent persons and they have been falsely implicated in this case. He would further submits that the second and third petitioners are aged parents living in a separate household and fourth and fifth petitioners who are the in-laws of deceased are also living separately. There is no abatement. Hence, he prayed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners. 4.Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that the first petitioner and the deceased one got married in 29.08.2022 and she left matrimonial home on 10.04.2023. Crl.O.P.No.18006 of 2023 accused RMT.TEEKAA RAMAN,J., nvi A1 to A5 were arrested and it was disputed by the petitioner's counsel. However, he opposed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 5.Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) and perused the materials available on record.

6.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side and the investigation is in preliminary stage, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
