Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, to direct the 2nd respondent to provide police protection to the petitioner and his family members residing Mariamman Koil Street, Kurampalli, Thempalli, Kugainellore, Vellore District.

O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to provide police protection to the petitioner and his family members residing Mariamman Koil Street, Kurampalli, Thempalli, Kugainellore, Vellore District.

2.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and also the fact that there is already an FIR pending in Crime No.40 of 2018, there shall be a direction to the 2nd respondent to complete the investigation and file a final report within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

3.It is made clear that in so far as the private dispute is concerned, the petitioner shall workout his remedy before the Competent Civil court.

4.This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of accordingly.
