The writ petition has been filed seeking a writ of mandamus, to direct the 2nd respondent to send the documents which the 1st respondent asked in the letter dated 22.04.2019 and to disburse the petitioner's retirement benefits totally with 18% interest from the date of retirement to till payment by considering the petitioner's representation dated 18.06.2019. 2.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner retired as surveyor in year 2017 and almost 25 months have passed, but till now the respondents have not paid the retirement benefits. However, on 22.04.2019, the first respondent has sent a letter to the second respondent asking some documents regarding the petitioner's retirement. But till now the 2nd respondent has not sent the same. Therefore, the petitioner made a representation to the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

respondents dated 18.06.2019, but till date his representation has not been considered by the respondents. Aggrieved by the same, the petitioner has filed the above writ petition. 3.

The learned counsel for the petitioner would further submit that it would be suffice to issue a direction to the respondents to dispose of the representation in accordance with law.

Without expressing any opinion, I am inclined to issue direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 18.06.2019 and dispose of the same in accordance with law, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
