This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents 1 and 4 herein to consider the petitioner's representation dated 08.08.2022 for issuance of the computerized patta and FMB sketch and to mutate the petitioner's name in the revenue records for the property measuring 4370 sq.ft. or 0.10 cents comprised in Survey Nos.314 part and 315 part, situated in New ASTC HUDCO, PhaseVIII, Hosur Taluk, Krishnagiri District, within the time to be stipulated by this Court.
2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the petitioner has made a representation dated 08.08.2022 before the first respondent, seeking to issue Patta to the aforesaid property in the name of the 2/4
petitioner. However, the said representation has been rejected.
3. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents, no further adjudication is required in the present Writ Petition. Hence, the Writ Petition stands closed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law. No costs.
