The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 20.03.2025 in Crime No.47 of 2025 for the offence under Sections 331(3), 305(a) of BNS on the file of the respondent police seeks bail. 1/4

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner trespassed into the house of the defacto complainant and committed theft of 84 grams of gold jewels. Hence, the case.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has been falsely implicated in this case. He further submitted that the petitioner is ready to abide by any stringent condition that may be imposed by this Court. Hence, he opposed for grant of bail to the petitioner.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) vehemently opposed for grant of bail to the petitioner stating that the petitioner has 25 previous cases of similar nature. He further submitted that stolen property has been recovered and the investigation has been completed.

5. Though the stolen property in this case has been fully recovered and the investigation has been completed, considering the bad antecedents of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. 2/4
