The petitioner has filed this petition seeking for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 26.07.2022 and to issue patta to the petitioner in respect of land measuring an extent of 91 cents comprised in Survey No.811, Chennathur Village, Hosur Taluk, Krishnagiri District without insisting upon No objection Certificate from Tamil Nadu Housing Board within the time to be stipulated by this Court.
2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner has made a representation dated 26.07.2022 before the respondent, seeking to issue Patta to the aforesaid property in the name of the petitioner. However, the said application has been rejected by the first respondent.

Government Pleader appearing for the respondent, no further adjudication is required in this writ petition. Hence, this writ petition stands closed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law. No costs.
