The Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, calling for the records relating to the proceeding of the respondent in R.R.A.No.35/2010-11 dated 16.07.2010 ordering attachment of the agriculture land situated at Vannankulam S.No.327/4, 0.64, 327/6, 0.05, 327/6A2, 0.02.0 and residential house with superstructure building at S.No.327/4A1, 0.26.0 hecters brought for sale fixing on 06.09.2010 and quash the same.
