Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the respondents herein to consider the petitioner's representation dated 08.08.2022 and to mutate the Revenue Records and issue Patta in favour of the petitioner in respect of land measuring an extent of 0.40 acres comprised in Survey No.433/3 Sub division No.433/3A, situated in Avalapalli Village, Hosur Taluk, Krishnagiri District within the time to be stipulated by this Court. 1/4

The relief sought in this writ petition is direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 08.08.2022 and to mutate the Revenue Records and issue Patta in favour of the petitioner in respect of land measuring an extent of 0.40 acres comprised in Survey No.433/3 Sub division No.433/3A, situated in Avalapalli Village, Hosur Taluk, Krishnagiri District, within the time to be stipulated by this Court.

2. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the Patta has already been issued to the petitioner and therefore, no further orders are required in this matter.

3. The above submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader has been fairly conceded by the learned counsel for the petitioner.
