ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to quash the FIR in Crime No.27 of 2021 on the file of the 1st respondent, for the alleged offence under Section 306 IPC.

2.It is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that pursuant to the investigation made by the respondent police in Crime No.27 of 2021, a final report has been filed as early as on 24.09.2022 before the Judicial Magistrate, Thirukazhukundram, and the said final report is yet to be taken on file.

3.In view of the above submission, nothing further survives for adjudication in the above petition. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, the petitioners are at liberty to challenge the final report, if they are advised to do so. Connected Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
