The petitioner has filed this petition seeking for issuance of Writ of Mandamus,directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 10.08.2022 in respect of transfer of patta relating to the House site bearing Plot No.78, measuring about 1500 sq.ft. comprised in Survey No.661 of Hosur Village - Hosur Town (Sunnambu Jeebi), Krishnagiri District within the time to be stipulated by this Court.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that the petitioner has made a representation dated 10.08.2022 before the respondents, seeking for transfer of patta to the aforesaid property in the name of the petitioner. However, the said application has been rejected by the first respondent.

3. Recording the submission made by the Government Advocate appearing for the respondents, no further adjudication is required in this writ Page No.2 of 5

petition. Hence, this writ petition stands closed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to work out her remedy in the manner known to law. No costs.
