ORDER

This petition has been filed for a direction to the respondent police not to interfere in the civil dispute between the parties.

2. The learned Public Prosecutor (Puducherry) appearing on behalf of the respondent police on instructions submitted that the respondent police is not interfering with the civil dispute between the parties. The respondent police will confine their investigation only insofar as the pending FIR's are concerned and will not in any way side with any party regarding the civil dispute.

3. Recording the submissions made by the learned Public Prosecutor (Puducherry), this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
