Jeevagiridharan Additional Government Pleader COMMON ORDER The petitioners have filed these petitions to direct the learned Subordinate Judge, Alandur to conduct enquiry and dispose of the land Acquisition Original Petition Nos.1559, 1625, 1619, 1601, 1618, 1610, 1583, 1644 & 1561 of 2021 pending on the file of the Subordinate Court, Alandur, expeditiously.

2. The learned counsel for the revision petitioners submitted that in spite of the earlier direction, the cases have not been disposed of as early as possible and after clubing the connected applications, the learned trial Judge has not inclined to proceed with the trial, and thereafter no progress in the trial. As per the E-Court status, the trial had begun in the year 2021.

3. The learned counsel for the respondent has no objection to allow these petitions.

4. On a perusal of the record, it is seen that the LAOPs were filed in the year 2014, in which all the parties have become Senior citizens. Totally there are 9 matters, which are connected with regard to the Land Acquisition. The reason assigned by the petitioners is justifiable.

5. Therefore, the learned Subordinate Judge, Alandur is directed to dispose of the cases within a period of 4 months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

6. Accordingly, the Civil Revision petitions are allowed. No costs. 19.10.2023 Index : Yes/No Speaking/Non Speaking order rri 3\5
