ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed alleging non-compliance of the order dated 24.09.2024 passed in W.P.No.28240 of 2024.

2. This Court, vide order dated 24.09.2024, issued a direction to the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 05.08.2024 as expeditiously as possible in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders on merits.

3. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents produced a copy

of the proceedings vide Letter.No.16505/Nir.1(3)/2024, dated 25.09.2025 before this Court, rejecting the appointment of the candidates mentioned in the representation dated 05.08.2024.
