This Contempt Petition is filed alleging willful disobedience of the order, dated 22.07.2024 made in W.P.No.20212 of 2024, directing the respondent to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner dated 30.12.2023 within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. 2.Now, it is stated by the learned Special Government Pleader that enquiry has been fixed on 04.08.2025 and notice has been issued to the petitioners calling upon them to attend the enquiry. 3.In view of the submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader, the respondent is directed to complete the enquiry and pass appropriate orders on the appeal filed by the petitioner, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of two weeks from today. 4.With the above direction, this Contempt Petition is closed. 30.07.2025 mkn
