This petition is filed to record the death of R.Jaikanth, 7th respondent in the above second appeal, who died on 23.07.2023.

2.The learned counsel for the respondents submitted that the legal representatives of the 7th respondent are already on record in the above second appeal as 8th and 9th respondents.

4.Considering the submissions made and being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is allowed.
