Heard Ms. V.M.Sushma Priya, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner, Mr. A.P.Srinivas, Learned Counsel for the First and Second Respondents and Mr. K.S.Jeyaganeshan, Learned Counsel for the Third Respondent and perused the materials placed on record, apart from the pleadings of the parties. 2.
The grievance ventilated by the Petitioner is that the appeal preferred by him under Section 19(3) of the Right to Information Act, 2005, which has been registered as File No. CIC/CBODT/A/2022/120116 has not been heard by the Third Respondent, necessitating the filing of this Writ Petition. 3.
It has been brought to notice that the Third Respondent by order dated 27.02.2023 in File No. CIC/CBODT/A/2022/120116 has disposed the said appeal and its copy has been produced and Learned Counsel for the Petitioner acknowledges its receipt.

In view of the subsequent events, nothing remains for further consideration in the Writ Petition, but if the Petitioner has any further grievance to be redressed in the matter, he is not precluded from working out his remedies before the proper forum in the manner recognized by law. In fine, the Writ Petition is disposed with the aforesaid clarifications. No costs.
