ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry, in pursuance of the complaint given before the second respondent by the third respondent.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents police submitted that based on the complaint given by the third respondent, the second respondent police sent summons to the petitioner through registered post and also through mobile phone, but according to the Investigating Agency, the petitioner has switched off his authenticated mobile phone.

3. In view of the above, this Court is not inclined to entertain this petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed at the admission stage itself.

4. The petitioner is directed to co-operate for enquiry/investigation as the case may be.
