ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to register the FIR based on the petitioner's complaint dated 22.02.2021.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that though prolonged enquiry was conducted on the complaint lodged by the petitioner on 22.02.2021, no action has been taken by the respondent police thereafter.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submitted that on the complaint given by the petitioner, enquiry was conducted, both the petitioner and the counter complainant appeared for enquiry and thereafter the case https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

was closed on 26.02.2021 and the closure report is yet to be served on the petitioner.

4. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. However, the respondent police shall serve the copy of the closure report to the petitioner.
