The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating the order passed by the third respondent in his proceedings dated 08.12.2022 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondent to grant staff fixation as per the revised student - Teacher ratio prescribed under the Right of Children Education Act, 2009 and also as per revised staff fixation vide order dated 29.07.2022 by considering the petitioner's appeal dated 03.03.2023, 08.04.2023 and 19.05.2023. 2.Though the writ petition has been filed challenging the order dated 08.12.2022, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner restricted the prayer that if this Court directs the first respondent to 2/4
dispose of the petitioner's appeal against the present impugned order dated 03.03.2023, it would suffice the petitioner. 3.At this juncture, the learned Government Advocate would submit that the first respondent would consider the petitioner's appeal within a reasonable time.
4.In view of the above submission, without going into the merits of the writ petition, this Court deems it appropriate to direct the first respondent to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner dated 03.03.2023, according to its own merits and in accordance with law and pass orders, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
