2. Mr.P.Raja, learned Government Advocate submitted that against the abovesaid order, writ appeal has been filed before a Hon'ble Division Bench which has been dismissed. State has filed a Special Leave Petition, which is listed for hearing today, before the Hon'ble Supreme Court.

3. Mr.S.Nambi Arooran, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner in W.P.No.27694 of 2017 has been successful in the subsequent examination and has been called for certificate verification.

4. In view of the statement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, instant Contempt Petition is closed.
