ORDER

The petitioner has filed this Contempt Petition for non-compliance of the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.24656 of 2018.

2. This Court by order dated 14.10.2024 in W.P.No.24656 of 2018 has passed the following order:

"11. However, it is made clear that it is open to the petitioner to challenge the order dated 30.12.2022 passed by the second respondent in appropriate forum by following due process of law, if they so desire. It is also made it clear that, if any application/ representation submitted by the petitioner for provisional pension to the second respondent, it shall be considered in accordance with law, as per the applicable rules and pass appropriate orders as expeditiously as possible, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of said representation."

3. The learned counsel for the respondents has produced the copy of

the proceedings No.PU/R/Estt.R5/Retirement/014293/2025 dated 09.10.2025, passed by the Registrar(FAC) and stated that the respondents have considered the representation of the petitioner and have declined the payment of pensionary benefits.

4. Since the order dated 14.10.2024 in W.P.No.24656 of 2018, is confined to consider the representation of the petitioner which the respondents have already done it, this Contempt Petition is closed. However, it is left open to the petitioner to ventilate his grievance before the appropriate forum in the manner known to law.

The Proceedings No.

PU/R/Estt.R5/Retirement/014293/2025 dated 09.10.2025 shall form the part of this order. No costs.
