CMP.Nos.18149, 18152, 18154, 18162, 18163 & 18166 of 2019 in SA.No.1358 of 2007 Krishnan Ramasamy, J., These petitions have been filed to condone the delay in filing the applications; to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of 1st & 5th appellants and to bring on record the legal heirs of the deceased appellants.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavits filed in support of the miscellaneous petitions and as the learned counsel for the respondent has no objection in allowing the same, CMP.Nos.18149 & 18162 of 2019 to condone the delay of 1453 & 434 days respectively, stands allowed and the delay is condoned; CMP.Nos.18152 & 18163 of 2019 to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of 1st & 5th appellants respectively, stands allowed and the abatement is set aside; CMP.Nos.18154 & 18166 of 2019 to bring on record the legal heirs of 1st and 5th appellants, stands allowed.

3. Learned counsel for 1st & 5th appellants undertakes to file vakalat on behalf of the legal heirs of 1st and 5th appellants.

4. Registry is directed to make necessary amendments in the cause title within a period of one week and thereafter, list the matter on 20.09.2022 'for arguments'.
