This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 556 days in filing the above appeal.

kkd 3.Ms.V.Soundarya, learned representing counsel would submit that Mr.DBR.Prabu, learned counsel undertakes to file vakalat for R1.

4. None represents the second respondent/Insurance Company.

5. The sole petitioner would aver that due to the injuries sustained in the road traffic accident that occurred on 18.11.2014, he could not attend to his work as he did before. He is unable to raise the necessary funds for filing the appeal. Hence, delay of 556 days occurred in filing the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal

6. Accepting the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is allowed subject to the condition that the interest for the delay period of 556 days shall stand waived.
