Respondents Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the claim of the petitioner for promotion as Regional Transport Officer by including his name in the panel of the year 2009-10 without reference to the pending charge memo issued by the 2nd respondent in R.No.2239/A2/2011 dated 15.7.2011 and promote him as Regional Transport Officer and grant him all consequential service and monetary benefits and grant such other further relief.
