This application has been filed by the applicant/plaintiff to permit him to amend the plaint in C.S No.481 of 1998, Final decree in Application No.3930 of 2013 and order passed in final decree dated 26.09.2013 as sought in the schedule of amendment I & II.

2. The learned counsel for the respondents/defendants has no objection to allow this application.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the application, this application is allowed.

4. Learned counsel for the plaintiff is directed to carry out necessary amendment.
