Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.V.

Side)on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- Vide Order dated 31.08.2021, this Court had granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner on certain conditions. This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking relaxation of the conditions.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent, on instruction, submits that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions without fail and the investigation is almost completed.

3. In view of the above submission, this Court is of the considered view that the prayer as sought for by the petitioner could be acceded to.

4. Accordingly, the condition insofar as appearance as imposed by order dated 31.08.2021 alone stands relaxed and the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation and co-operate for the trial proceedings. All other conditions remain unaltered.
