ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for non compliance of the order dated 19.02.2025, passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.1490 of 2023, thereby directed the respondent to register the FIR on the complaint lodged by the petitioner forthwith as against the accused persons and proceed in accordance with law.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that as directed by this Court, the respondent registered the FIR in Crime No.357 of 2025 for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 465, 468, 471 of IPC as against the accused persons. 3.

Recording the above submissions, this Contempt Petition is closed.
